All our Organic Welsh Beef is Aberdeen Angus Cross Beef, killed at around 24 months of age, carcass dry hung on the bone for at least 21 days for the forequarter meat and at least 28 days for the hind.

How to Order from Slade Farm Organics
1. Make up your own meat box and email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. You will receive email confirmation of your order once we have received it.
3. We will contact you via telephone (so please ensure you provide a valid number) to arrange payment via Credit / Debit Card.
4. Once we have taken payment, we will arrange for your goods to be despatched to the address of your choice (so please ensure you provide a valid address, capable of taking deliveries).
We can deliver on any day of the week, we can agree delivery dates when we contact you on the phone. If you require a spasific date please specify this in your email. Joints and steaks can be delivered fresh or frozen , however our sausages, burgers and mince are delvered frozen. Free delivery is avalable locally to Barry, Porthcawl, Bridgend, Cowbridge & Llantwit Major.
